broken heating insufficient heater
The central heating was broken ! A portable space heater was supplied, but it was just NOT enough for the freezing temperatures. The reception area felt much warmer. I think the hotel knew about the broken heating before I checked in.

a decent stay near the station
helpful staff large bathroom early access hard bed noisy trams only one pillow
the hotel is very close to the main railway station. it's just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful at check-in! they let us access our room early. the bathroom was a good size too.
the bed was hard and not very comfortable. i only got one pillow! it was very noisy because of the trams outside. it was impossible to sleep well, even with earplugs,.

excellent central stay!
short walk helpful staff convenient supermarket
The location was unbeatable. I found myself just a short walk from the central station and the main shopping area. a supermarket nearby stayed open until late, really convenient. the staff were nice and helpful, allowing me to store luggage before check-in and after i checked out.
I did notice that the bathroom was a little bit dirty. There was some dirt on the wall where the shower towels hang.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the room. This was a welcome amenity. additionally, i found several nearby cafes that provided great breakfast options, and the staff offered some helpful suggestions!!!

my comfort double room included a large, comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. the contemporary room decor was quite pleasing, and the room's facilities met my needs very well .

the hotel provided luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a very convenient service. the reception area was always clean and well kept. i also received quick support when i requested extra materials for my room.
